You can now add an approval gate to any step in an agent's workflow. The agent pauses, notifies your reviewer with full context, and waits for a yes before it acts. Everything before and after the gate still runs automatically. Rejected actions don't count toward your task limit.

Resolved an issue where agents could occasionally run the same task twice when a trigger fired in quick succession. Task deduplication is now handled automatically, and any affected runs were credited back to the accounts involved.
